Without rest, the work is nothing but drudgery. We're in Florida this week for Spring Break vacation. Debra and I are stoked about surpassing our weight-loss goals and putting our fitness in such a place as to enjoy vacation to the fullest. We plan on enjoying edible guilty pleasures while maintaining some fitness in the form of jogging.
