Some weeks are routine and this one was one of those weeks. Like last week, the most impressive thing was Debra's first 10K distance (no walking) . Even better is the fact that she laid down 7 miles. I could not ask for a better running partner.
Debra and I also began muscle fitness this week. This should help boost our stamina and accelerate our weight-loss.
