[Week 4] Crazy is as Crazy Does

Buried within this chart above is the hidden secret of two "long" runs.  Last week's thrill is of no comparison to this week's.  On Tuesday evening, I managed to muster a 5K non-stop jog (no walking segments) after receiving a small runners high at mile two.  Having this behind me, I had a repeat performance on Saturday.  Two 5Ks in one week is insane.  I have my beloved Debra to thank for the motivate and drive to do better.

  • Accomplishment: Non-stop 5K Jog - (x2)
