[Week 3] The Thrill of Victory!

I've never been so proud to accomplish so little.  Mountains in my life include high blood pressure, improper diet and moving a 300 lbs body by the mode of walking and jogging.  This weekend, I completed a 6-mile walk/run that included two stretches of continuous running of 1-mile.  Why do I consider this to be so little when many people find it hard to go 1-mile much less six?  It's a feeling relative to my 2014 marathon accomplishment. Make no mistake, this is huge right now and I'm feeling accomplished!

Can I brag on my beloved, Debra? She finished a non-stop 5K jog!  Couch-to-5K in three weeks is very impressive.   Way to go Debra!
